2012 Review and 2013 Goals

2012 was quite the year of running accomplishments for me. I ran my first (and second!) 10-miler race, as well as my first half marathon. I dropped over 6 minutes in my 10K time, and almost 3 minutes in my 5K time. In 2012, I also began drinking chocolate milk after races and training runs on a regular basis and really noticed the positive results.
