“my AFTER is stretching, relaxing, and refueling with chocolate milk.”
A standout athlete in high school, Ward took his skills to the University of Georgia where he earned All-SEC honors and finished his college career as Georgia’s second all-time receiver. After being drafted by Pittsburgh in 1998, he quickly gained a reputation as a go-to receiver who could be depended on to get open and make the big catch. His accomplishments include being named MVP of Super Bowl XL, holding several Pittsburgh franchise records, and winning season 12 of “Dancing with the Stars.”
Recently retired from football, Ward is taking on his next challenge: the journey to BECOME ONE in hopes of competing at the IRONMAN® World Championship in October. Chocolate milk will play an integral role in his recovery between workouts, helping him prepare for his next.
